Shipping method and costs:

a) Within peninsular Spain:  Via MRW courier.

Orders will be delivered within 3-4 working days after the transfer was completed, and the order is confirmed with its reference number.

The following data shall be provided about the recipient:  name, address, mobile phone number and land line number. This information will be given to the courier for the adequate delivery.

b) Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla and outside Spain:  Via certified post with acknowledgement of receipt.

Shipping will be free of charge for orders over € 100.

If, upon receipt of products, you notice the packaging is broken or open, inform and return it immediately to 1dC Uno de Carola.

 

Products can be returned within 7 working days after they are received.

 

The products must be in perfect condition and expenses will be paid by 1dC Uno de Carola if the product is returned because the packaging is altered.

 

If the product is returned because the client does not like it, shipping expenses will be paid by the client.

 

In the case of jewels with an IGE report, they shall be exactly how they are described in the document.  The slightest alteration shall be reported, and the corresponding legal actions will be taken.
